Well, first, I predict a riot as David is handed a pair of scissors at the prison and told to do his worst to Josh. As the incarcerated rapist is confronted, events quickly spiral out of control. And back on the Street, David’s family watch in horror as coverage of a riot at the jail unfolds on the news. A tense situation then goes from bad to worse when David rings Shona and tells her that Josh has been stabbed. But is David responsible?
Next, we chart Sinead’s final days, which begin with her celebrating Christmas early. But a complication comes when Daniel and Bethany share a moment and Sinead finds out. By Friday, though, Sinead will have forgiven Daniel.
But as the Tinkers and Barlows gather in the Rovers to share fond memories of Sinead, Beth takes a call from Daniel to inform them that she’s died.
Now, in the midst of all this, we have Gail returning from Thailand to the sight of Tracy and Sally tearing a strip off Bethany. But after Gail steers an upset Bethany back into number eight, she assures her yoga is the way forward and that she just needs to find herself. Just what has happened to Gail while she’s been overseas?
